Anushree Jindal is the Founder of Svamaan Financial Services - a new age microfinance venture, set up with an aim to promote financial inclusion and drive the socio-economic well-being of women & micro-enterprises across India. She has launched Svamaan to achieve her long-cherished goal of driving impact & change at the grassroots level, and at the same time, to drive this impact at scale in a sustainable manner through a business enterprise.
SVAMAAN in order to achieve this goal of Driving Impact at scale has a target to serve 10,00,000 low-income customers pan-India by 2028.
Anushree completed her Masters in Accounting, Organizations, and Institutions from the London School of Economics (LSE), and her holistic approach to the Microfinance sector is guided by the learnings from Rethinking Financial Inclusion completed at Harvard Kennedy School.
Parth Jindal is the Managing Director of JSW Cement & JSW Paints, Director of JSW Energy, JSW One Platforms & Bengaluru FC, Founder & Director at Inspire Institute of Sports (IIS). He graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science before completing his MBA from the Harvard Business School in Boston, Massachusetts.
Kantilal Narandas Patel, is the Ex-Joint Managing Director & CEO of JSW Holdings and has been associated with the JSW Group since August 1995. Prior to his joining the JSW group, he was associated with Standard Industries (Mafatlal Group) for 21 years. Mr. Patel is also Director of JSW Infrastructure, JSW Cement, JSW Jaigarh Port, South West Port, JSW Realty and JSW Sports.
Mr. Patel is a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University and Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He possesses over 43 years of rich and varied experience in the areas of Corporate Finance, Accounts, Taxation & Legal.
Kiran Kumar serves as the Director and CEO at Svamaan, he brings extensive financial services experience across credit strategy, digital lending, growth and organization transformation. Prior to this role, Kiran was leading the financial services and digital transformation mandate as part of his tenure at Strategy& (erstwhile Booz & company) and he also led the credit strategy for the $4 billion sub-prime credit card portfolio at CapitalOne Canada.
Kiran holds a post graduate degree in Management from the Indian School of Business and is a graduate from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee.
Soma Sankara Prasad has led UCO Bank as MD & CEO, successfully transforming the bank's fortunes during his tenure. With 38 years of experience in the banking sector, he has held key roles at State Bank of India, including Deputy Managing Director and Group Compliance Officer.
His career spans diverse areas such as Retail Banking, Treasury Operations, Corporate Credit, International Banking, and Regulatory Compliance within SBI, India's largest bank. Additionally, he has served as MD & CEO of SBI Pension Funds Pvt Ltd and as CFO of SBI General Insurance Company Ltd.
Soma Sankara Prasad has also gained international exposure, spending 4 years as Manager (Credit and Operations) in Paris and nearly 5 years as Country Head of SBI Singapore Operations. Throughout his career, he has adeptly managed relationships with various stakeholders including regulators, shareholders, customers, employees, and the broader society.
